Construction supervisor

A construction supervisor from Elem Proyectos is a specialist in controlling the entire project (construction process). Both in the preparation and during the execution, he is the right hand of the client and he manages a project within a budget and schedule. He protects the client as much as possible from pitfalls (often equal to financial consequences) that occur during construction. The contractor realizes the plans devised by you or the architect. We make sure that the contractor does what you ask. The risk if you have not asked in advance is that it is not included in the quotation/budget and will therefore be additional work. So we are here for you!

 Sustainability plays a major role in our business operations. We continuously strive for a   sustainable society. And that goes beyond energy-efficient buildings and environmentally friendly   materials. We do not only develop for the present, but continuously look at the future of the user,   the property and its environment.










Project development

We develop new homes of one to five homes on special plots for various landowners. Sometimes this concerns the last (often larger) plots in a region, but it can also concern plots in rural areas or an infill project of the municipality. We do not shy away from it if your location presents the necessary challenges: we are convinced that with the right vision, every plot can be developed into an attractive concept.
